Uisge Ban Falls

Uisge Ban Falls is a great little walk and hike in to the falls located in Baddeck, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. You can walk along the river path to see the rushing water which leads to the big waterfall eventually. It is a great location to visit when coming to Baddeck, NS.


Kidston Island Lighthouse

The Kidston Island Lighthouse is such a beautiful and picturesque area in Baddeck. You can We take your kayak or  canoe to paddle along the Island. You will not be disappointed if you take a walk right around the whole Island. Don’t forget your camera, you are sure to take many awesome pictures.


Bell Bay Golf Club

The Bell Bay Golf Club is located just outside the town of Baddeck and overlooks the beautiful Bras d’Or Lakes in Cape Breton. The Golf course is well maintained and the fairways are laid out perfectly. The course is always in fantastic shape and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a great add on to Cabot Links and the Highland Links. Don’t miss out!


Highland Village Museum

Immerse yourself in over 120 years of the Scottish Gaels’ life in Nova Scotia by visiting the Highland Village Museum. Visit the only Scottish living museum in the province and don’t forget the Highland Village Day concert when in the area. The concert is held the first Saturday in August and other great events such as codfish suppers, candlelight tours and much more. Just a 40 minute drive from Baddeck.
