This is a lovely property. Know there are no elevators in some buildings so the top floor has some steep stairs to negotiate…in my mind the trees on those stairs could be wider just for safety issues alone. Staff are great. Breakfast could use some rethinking…toast was cold as it is pre made…a couple of commercial toasters so that the guest could make their own toast would be better. Butter is in those little containers…butter couldn’t be spread because it was cold….still the rooms themselves are clean, well appointed and it’s a good place to use as a base to experience the Cabot Trail.

We loved our stay here and wished we had booked another night or two to really take in the ambience of this cute Inn!. Amazing staff, amazing gardens, great location. Arriving in the evening made it difficult to find parking close to our room, and we missed dinner service, but pizza places were open and nearby. The breakfast could have been better, so giving a 4 star, but overall it was a beautiful Inn.

Great place. Rooms are clean and neat. Centrally located. Nice breakfast included. Getting a parking spot can be an issue if its a full house. I would recommend staying g here.

A great place with great ambience! Breakfast menu is great and it’s included in the room cost. A complete value for the money.
